It is a well-established theoretical framework that focuses on understanding the motivational factors that influence performance and goals’ achievement from both an individual and an organizational level. The aim of this questionnaire is to instill a greater awareness of one’s personal attitude towards productivity starting from the identification of potential areas for improvement and points of strength so as to favor professional and personal growth.
